Schedule: Part time 3 days a week preferred. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, (3) 10 hour shifts

CERTIFICATIONS

• Graduation from an accredited Audiology program -Master or Doctoral (Ph.D.) degree
• CCA- certification preferred
• BLS (AHA )

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT

• Current, unrestricted and valid State license to practice - Arizona preferred
