Travel: Lodging is tight right now; waiting on confirmation if there will be a spot for this role. I would plan that there is not lodging available.

• IF there is lodging it will be Shared Lodging - dorm style; .25 miles away from hospital
• Working on discounted rates with nearby hotels
• Mesa View Hotel (right next to hospital) no kitchenette: is $100/night but when booking a full week they get the weekend for free (roughly $500/week)
• McCamey Lodging, LLC. (35ish Minutes north of hospital Has Kitchenette: $400/week rate, just waiting for a call back to confirm availability 
• La Bonita Inn & Suites (30 minute drive from hospital): who we have used in the past is all booked up. Will be looking for other options. Or potentially can work with them starting May/June

Assignment Length:  13 Weeks with Chance of Extension

Schedule:Monday - Friday

• 8a - 5p - 1 hr lunch
• On call; 2 nights per week

EMR: True Bridge

Additional Details:

• 3-20 specimens per day
• 95% outpatient
• ER: 27-30 per month
• Send out testing through quest 

REQUIREMENTS

• 2-4 years of experience
• Experience using equipment
• CT experience 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• ARRT (R)

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• TX is a compact state
