Additional Details about the position

• 12-15 ppd
• Conduct individualized resident assessments and notify providers of abnormal findings
• Administer nursing care safely following established procedures and protocols 
• Document assessments, interventions, and resident responses accurately
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with facility policies
• Collaborate with staff to ensure a positive and supportive living environment   

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience in a long-term care facility preferred 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

• BLS
• Active CPR Certification 

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT 

• CA

The facility is currently an 8-bed, critical access hospital providing emergency services, family practice medicine, retail pharmacy, and operating a 50-bed skilled nursing facility in addition to other ancillary services such as radiology, laboratory, physical therapy, and day surgery services
