Schedule: Dys/Schedule would be day shift, mainly 10 hour shift coverage Monday-Thursday with the understanding flexibility may be needed based on the needs of the department

Additional Details/Requirements:

• 2 years of experience in Hospital Pharmacy - Required
• Bachelors of Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy Degree - Required
• Controlled Substance License for the State of Michigan - Required
• Epic Experience - Preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• ACLS (AHA)
• BLS (AHA)
