Pay Rate: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 gross per week

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

•  Recent Home Care experience (within the last year)
•  Minimum of one year experience in Long Term Care/Home Care setting as Physical Therapy

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

•  BLS

REQUIRMENTS

•  A B.S., M.S. or D.P.T. degree in Physical Therapy 

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT 

• Possession of a current New York State License in Physical Therapy.
