REQUIREMENTS

• RN License
• Two (2) years Experience in OR at a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Able to scrub and circulate
• Cardiac OR experience in a Level 1 trauma center preferred.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (Preferred)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• New York
