Schedule: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm (they will receive guaranteed hours)

Additional Details:

• The OR Tech under general supervision by the OR Manager/Surgery Center Manager is a member of the OR Team, working with surgeons, registered nurses, anesthesiologists, certified nurse anesthetists and ancillary support personnel whose primary function is scrubbing for surgical cases.
• Other functions include handling instruments, supplies, medication, media, specimens, and instrument cases.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• The clinician must have at least 2 years of experience in their discipline (RN, CST, CT Tech, etc.) as well as 2 full years of recent experience in the specialty they are being submitted for (Med/Tele, OR, etc.)
• Prior travel experience is not required, but highly preferred
• Cardiovascular/open heart experience is required

Our Center is a 180-bed, acute care inpatient teaching facility in Cooperstown, New York. We offer 24-hour emergency and trauma care, comprehensive cancer and heart care, dialysis, and most medical and surgical specialties. The Clinic is located on the same campus as the medical center, and provides outpatient primary and specialty care.
