Schedule: Evenings and Nights, Flexible on schedule but 12:00 am-8:00 am preferred, will accommodate 4x10s, open to 10 or 12 hour shifts if provider prefers, open to hours worked preferences

REQUIREMENTS

• EMR: Cerner
• Patient Volume: Varies but low patient volume
• Heavy on maintenance, NEED TECH WHO CAN STICK PATIENTS
• Performs tasks, duties and/or complex tests in all areas of the laboratory assigned (hematology, immunohematology, immunology, bacteriology, microscopy, routine chemistry, therapeutic drug monitoring) according to established laboratory protocols and procedures.
• Performs phlebotomies, including arterial puncture, capillary punctures and venipunctures as appropriate for the patient requiring the procedure, applying age-specific criteria as appropriate.
• Processes specimens utilizing protocols and technical knowledge

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
• MT OR MLT Accepted
• ASCP, AMT, neither required but both would be a plus
