Additional Details:

• 75% outpatient / 25% acute, swingbed, and LTC
• Treat patients through exercise, manual therapy, gait and balance training. Document treatment and findings, working with supervising Physical Therapist.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• PTA
