• 40 Hour Guarantee

Call: Call requirements with 12 days/month

• Weekends and holidays would be only for call coverage

Additional Details about the position

• Performs nursing care of the cardiac catheterization, Structural heart, Interventional Radiology, Diagnostic / planned intervention Neuro, Vascular and EP pacemaker / device patients.
• Calculates cardiac output, performs hemodynamic monitoring, Procedural set up and operates lifesaving equipment such as intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), Impella, etc. Transfers patients, stocks supplies and performs basic office procedures. Scrubbing cases.
• Assists Radiologic Technologists circulate cases, sterically drop procedural supplies on tray.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Cath Lab Experience - [REQUIRED]
• Interventional Radiology experience - [PREFERRED]
• Experience in Electrophysiology - [PREFERRED]
• Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation - [PREFERRED]
• Knowledge & operation of intra-aortic balloon pump - [PREFERRED]

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

•  BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT 

• Michigan
