Schedule: 8 or 10 hour shifts
- Holiday Expectations: potential to work every holiday
Call: One overnight per week 7:00 pm - 7:00 am and every 3rd weekend.
- Weekend rotation: on call only

- OR 1:1
- Cardio and Thoracic surgeries – CABG, TAVR, Valve replacements, Thoracic cases (lobectomy, hernia repair), Generator exchanges, Lead extractions, Fem-pop bypass, open vascular cases, AAA, carotids, conversions
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- RN: 2 years of CVOR experience – Level 1 or 2 trauma experience
- CST: 2 years of CVOR experience – Level 1 or 2 trauma experience
- RN: Completion of a nursing education program that is approved by a board of nursing; Registered Nurse (RN) - South Dakota Board of Nursing
- OR Tech: Associate Degree in a Healthcare related field OR CST certification
- RN: Strong CVOR background is needed across all specialties – ability to work independently with minimal guidance in the following cases: CABG, TAVR, Valve replacements, Thoracic cases are robotic (lobectomy, hernia repair), Generator exchanges, Lead extractions, Heart transplants, Fem-pop Bypass
- CST: experience with above mentioned case types
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- BLS - RN
- ACLS - RN
- BLS - CST graduation from accredited school (required)
LICENSURE REQUIREMENT
- SD or compact License
