Pay Rate: $2,400.00 - $3,000.00 gross per week

Start Date: 11/10/2025

Travel: On site lodging: 50 yards from main clinic and 2 miles from Residential Treatment Facility. 3 bedroom house, shared kitchen bathroom and living room

Length: 13 weeks from start w/ chance of extension

Schedule: 8-430 M-F, 30 min unpaid lunch, 15 min paid break in AM and PM

Emr: Paper charts and RPMS


Additional Information:

  • Supervises & coordinates the delivery of care within the Recovery & Wellness TOR Project to clients
  • Work with TOR evaluator to manage, monitor and ensure complying with the requirements for the grant. Assist TOR evaluator with administrative work on all grant reports in a timely manner & complete grant reviews if needed
  • Coordinates and assists in the delivery of a plan of health care with all members of the Recovery & Wellness TOR Project Team
  • Conduct staff training, in-service as required by state/federal certification standards through workshops & trainings within agency, community, and/or outside applicable trainings. Topics may include: Universal Precautions, Ergonomics training, stress management, OSHA safety guidelines, Blood Pathogens awareness such as tuberculosis, pneumonia, hepatitis C, COVID-19

Licensure:

  • North Dakota, COMPACT STATE, will take a compact license

We border the southern edge of Devils Lake, known for its great fishing and hunting opportunities and where you'll find local color and tradition is still strongly rooted in our history!

The Health Center offers different specialties and is staffed by three full-time Physicians (MD), a podiatrist (MD) and 3 Nurse Practitioners. These providers are assisted by 8 nurses, 2 case managers, and 2 clinical appointment medical support assistants. Led by our certified diabetic educators and certified nutritionist, the clinic also runs a comprehensive diabetes prevention program with comprehensive screening, education, and treatment.

Our Dental clinic is staffed with a chief of dentistry (DDS) three rotational Dentists (DDS) a full time dental hygienist, three dental assistants and a dental appointment medical assistant.

The Behavioral Health Clinic is staffed with a full-time Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LISCW), a part time LISCW, two psychiatric nurse practitioners, and a medical support assistant.

Lastly, clinic operations are supported by a great team including our medical records staff, billing office staff, purchase referred care staff, clinical applications staff, information systems team, and an administrative department that are all focused on delivering the best quality of care for the patients that are seen at the facility.
