• Provider will be working only with the OP IV Therapy Clinic.
• Provider will be administering different forms of IV Therapies such as: Monoclonal Antibodies (mAbs) IV therapy, Iron deficiency IV therapy, Wound care IV services

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years working as an IV RN preferred
• IHS Experience

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

• IV Certification
• ACLS
• BLS

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT 

•  AK License
