Pay Rate: $2,100.00 - $2,300.00 gross per week

Assignment Length:  13 weeks

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 hour shifts, Day shift 8:00am-4:30pm, weekends per need

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Certified Home Health Care Experience Required
• Oasis Experience Required
• EPIC or Netsmart Required

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

• BLS

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT 

• RN License (NY License ONLY)
