Schedule: M-F between the hours of 8am-7pm + On call rotations for off-shift/weekend

Pay: $1,800 to $2,000 Gross Per Week

• Outpatient Behavioral Health background.
• Provides Crisis intervention to SSMH and GGH, and Counseling for JDK Outpatient
• Must be familiar w/ NYS requirements

• BLS (AHA)
• 2 years as a LCSW or LMSW

Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, named to honor and memorialize residents who served in World War I has been located on the northern edge of the village since 1924. Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital operates a 25-bed general acute care hospital, that includes a medical-telemetry. Soldiers & Sailors also offers a Swing Bed Program.

The Swing Bed Program located on First Acute is utilized to provide patients with care following an acute care hospitalization, when the patient needs more time to recover.

First Acute:

The 25 bed medical telemetry care unit specializes in general acute care and cardiac monitoring. 1st acute also provides care following an acute hospitalization by using the Swing Bed Program.
