Additional Details about the position

Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing assessments for patients of all ages.
Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs.
Provide speech therapy interventions, including exercises to improve speech, language, and swallowing function.
Work with patients to improve communication skills, social interaction, and cognitive-communication abilities.
Educate patients and their families about treatment goals and strategies for continued progress.
Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in a timely and accurate manner.
Collaborate with other healthcare providers, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
Stay current with speech therapy practices, techniques, and certifications to provide the best care possible.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Two years of experience in speech therapy, with experience across the life span. New graduates welcome.
Strong knowledge of speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
