Pay Rate: $75.00 to $80.00 an hour

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; 3 days a week

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT

• Obtain an O.D. degree and a license to practice optometry.
• Complete an accredited residency in medical optometry.
• Pass the national Advanced Competence in Medical Optometry (ACMO) examination.

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT

• Any State License

All childhood and yearly flu vaccinations, health education, nutritional, and emergency services.
