Pay Rate: $2,600.00 - $2,800.00 gross per week

Number of Positions: 3 Day Shift Ambulatory Surgery Unit RN's

Start Date: ASAP

Travel: All inclusive (NOTE: all travelers to be outside of a 50-mile radius of the facility)

Assignment Length: 13 weeks

EMR: Meditech

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6am-330pm

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate assigned patients and plans, implements and documents nursing care.
• Assists physicians during examinations and procedures.
• Performs various patient tests and administers medications within the scope of practice of the registered nurse.
• Promotes patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patients and families to understand conditions, medications, and self-care skills.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years experience

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT 

• TX
