• 13 patients a month, very light work

REQUIREMENTS:

• Completion of the educational and training requirements for an LCSW or LPC.
• Two years of increasingly responsible related experience, or any equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Ability to make psychosocial assessments and develop and implement viable treatment plans.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Active LCSW or LPC license by the State of Alaska Board of Professional Counselors

This units cover 87,828 square miles. The service area consists of a hub city of 55 surrounding remote villages which are sparsely populated areas. These areas have a population of 25,878 per the 2014 United State Census Bureau. This clinic received its 2014 Level III certification as a Patient-Centered Medical Home in 2016.
