ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

• They don't have a cardiopulmonary unit, so the RT will be here to support the ED and Acute Care Unit
• Only RT on staff, must be able to work independently
• Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.
• Administers therapeutic gasses, aerosols and humidity utilizing a variety of techniques and equipment in the urgent care, emergency department and inpatient setting.
• Administers pressure breathing and chest physical therapy as indicated by underlying pathology.
• Assists in performing cardiopulmonary resuscitation; monitor and measure such parameters as pulmonary and cardiovascular function, blood gas values, and oxygen concentration; draw arterial and capillary blood gasses; perform intubation upon request from a provider.
• ED - all ages. Any peds will get transfered out to flagstaff
• ACU - adults only 
• No sleep studies, bread and butter RT. 
• No cardio pulm unit, so the RT will support the ED and ACU 

CERTIFICATIONS

• CRT is a must
• RRT is preferred
• ACLS is a must
• NRP is preferred

EXPERIENCE

• Someone who can do pulmonary function test is a must
• 3-5 year experience as an RT required.
