Pay Rate: $2,200.00 - $2,700.00 gross per week

Assignment Length:  13 weeks

• Schedule: Variable i.e nights , days, swing and weekends 

Additional Details about the position

•  Pharmacist: 6-7 outpatient pharmacists
• Techs: 4 outpatient clerks, 4 outpatient technicians, 4 person billing team

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Need outpatuient and can work inpatient if needed
• Hospital Experience Required
• Two years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

•  BLS

REQUIRMENTS

• Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy AND/OR Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• inpatient/ER pharmacist with ACLS & PALS. PALS can be obtained on-site 

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT 

• Current and active state unrestricted Pharmacy license, Arizona state license preferred
