Assignment Length: 13 Weeks

Schedule: 

• 40 hours guaranteed
• 10hr shifts: 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM shift. 
• Other potential shifts would be 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM or 11:00 AM - 9:30 PM. 
• Rotating 4x10s. NO block scheduling. On-Call responsibilities are every 5-6 evening thru 7am the following day, and every 6th or 7th weekend. Need to be flexible
• Must work every other major holiday

Additional Details:

• Provide direct patient care to surgical patients before, during, and after surgery in accordance with AORN standards
• Maintain an aseptic and safe environment in the Operating Room
• Assist in the intra-operative care of the patient by performing nursing and technical duties as assigned
• Monitor patients' vital signs and other physiological parameters during surgery
• Communicate with patients and their families about the surgical procedure and postoperative care

REQUIREMENTS

• 1 year in OR
• Travel experience, first time travelers will not be considered

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

•  BLS (AHA)

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT

• MA RN License
