Pay: Purchased and Referred Care Director Level one is between 89,000k and 125k($1711/weekly to $2403/weekly)

Purchased and Referred Care Director level II is $125k to $169k($2403/weekly to $3,263/weekly)

Travel: All expenses covered, client books flight, has lodging(rental car is not needed, as lodging is near clinic

Start Date: 12/01/2025

Length: 13 Weeks

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

EMR: RPMS


Relevant Experience/Skill Set Needed: Preferred

  • Experience in case management. - Preferred
  • Experience in community clinic preferred and a strong commitment to multi-disciplinary teamwork


PRC Director I:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in health-related or business field.
  • Three years progressive administrative management experience in third party administration or related field.
  • A combination of relevant experience, education, and training may substitute for education and experience requirements on a year-for-year basis.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Education & Experience)
  • Experience in case management.
  • Experience in community clinic preferred and a strong commitment to multi-disciplinary teamwork.


PRC Director II Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
  • Five years of experience as a Registered Nurse
  • Three years progressive administrative management experience in third party administration or related field.
  • A combination of relevant experience, education, and training may substitute for education and experience requirements on a year-for-year basis.


LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be licensed in the State of Alaska as a Registered Nurse or licensed in another state, with the ability to obtain Alaska licensure within 6 months of hire.


ABOUT THE FACILITY

We provide acute and chronic medical, dental, pharmacy, optometry, and behavioral health services—offering specialized women’s health and pediatrics care. In addition, we offer essential preventive services such as cancer screening, TB screening, diabetes screening, prenatal care, and health education. Since assuming the health care services, the Clinic has seen many positive changes, including patient visit increase, construction of a new freestanding, ambulatory health facility (April 2000), a new behavioral health facility (July 2018) increased funding through grant resources and expanded services, including a diabetes program, optometry, and lab services.
