REQUIREMENTS

• RN License (Can take any state)
• Minimum (2) Years of ICU Experience
• Must be Flexible and willing to Float to Other Departments if needed
• Conscious Sedation Required and may be obtained through the Facility after confirmation

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)
• PALS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• Arizona
• Able to Accept Any State License

This is a 245,000 square foot acute care IHS hospital located in Fort Defiance, AZ. Nestled in a ponderosa environment on the Colorado Plateau, backcountry hiking is in abundance for outdoor enthusiasts! Hospital services include a 24/7 Emergency Department, Outpatient Services, 56-bed inpatient unit, including ICU, Medical-Surgical Unit (MSU), Labor and Delivery (L&D) and an inpatient Adolescent Care Unit (ACU).
