Additional Details:

• Demonstrate personal initiative and accountability while overseeing the department's budget; Forecast needs, allocate resources and/or take corrective action as necessary
• Review and revise standards and procedures and coordinate medical providers to integrate treatment programs
• Participate in NSHC Improving Patient Care efforts, Health Consortium, HSPIC, QPIC, Medical Staff and Safety/Security Committee meetings

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 5 year(s) working as a Registered Nurse with emergency experience flight, paramedic & grants experience preferred

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS (AHA)
