Additional Details about the position

• May be assigned to do triage at the triage room. During this function the LVN will  be under MD supervision.
• Assesses patient condition and determines nursing needs. Identifies goals and provides nursing actions including physical, psychological, emotional, social, and rehabilitative discharge planning to meet goals.
• Collaborates with patient, families, and health care team members in development, implementation, and evaluation of patient’s plan of care. Integrates cultural and age differences when developing, implementing, and evaluating patient’s plan of care.

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• LVN Licensure

• CA
