Additional Details about the position

• Inpatient pharmacy serving Med/Surg, ICU, OB/GYN, ED, Surgery, Oncology, and IV services
• Typical inpatient census: 10-15
• Must be comfortable verifying orders, checking technician work, and responding to pharmacist consults

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Doctor of Pharmacy required
• Minimum 1 year inpatient hospital pharmacy experience 

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT 

• WI Pharmacist
