Schedule: Days / Monday-Friday / 8-hour shifts / 8:00 AM-4:30 PM / Weekends as needed

REQUIREMENTS

• RN License (NY Only)
• One Year Experience as a Clinical Nurse in a Hospital Required
• 9 Months Experience in Home Care Preferred
• Certified Home Health Care Experience Required
• Current Driver's License
• EPIC or Netsmart Experience Required
