Pay Rate: $2,900.00 - $3,100.00 gross per week

"M-F 8 hour days however they would need to be flexible with possible floor coverage until we can get additional staff hired."

• Scheduling
• Staffing
• Survey readiness
• Regulatory audits

General LTC Facility info:

• 48 Residents onsite
• No skilled nurses/responsibilities - strictly LTC
• 8 bed memory unit stays locked at all times with 1 CNA in unit Will always have at least 1 other RN & CNA when working 
• Typically have at least one other PRN RN on from 6p - 10p to handle the busier times
• 1:20 Nurse to Resident Ratio
• Looking to add mid shift RN in the future to help with ratio.
• No IV Treatments
• Some unstable wounds

CERTIFICATIONS:

• BLS (AHA)

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have previous experience as a DON.
