Pay Rate:

• $2,800.00 - $3,000.00 gross per week: 1 - 2 years experience
• $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 gross per week: 5 + years experience

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, physiology, & disease processes
• Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT

• CA
• Valid California Physical Therapist license

ABOUT THE FACILITY

The facility is currently an 8-bed, critical access hospital providing emergency services, family practice medicine, retail pharmacy, and operating a 50-bed skilled nursing facility in addition to other ancillary services such as radiology, laboratory, physical therapy, and day surgery services.
