STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS/Certifications

• Experience in operating room or surgical nursing
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• (BLS) certification
• (ACLS) certification
• Compact State License can be used for VI
• RN VI License and an Midwife VI License
