Additional Details about the position

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and function
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Document evaluations, treatments, and progress notes in accordance with facility and state guidelines
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and professional standards
• Adapt quickly to new clinical settings and electronic medical record systems

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience (varies by assignment)
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• 75% Inpatient, 25% Outpatient
• has experience with dry needling, but required
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

• BLS
• CPR
