EXPERIENCE/ REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's in Occupational Therapy and certified by the SD Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners
• 1 year relevant experience 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

• BLS
• CHT

LICENSURE

• OT Hand Therapy: SD licensure, BLS, Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) – granted by Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC)
• CHT may be waived based on experience
• SD License
