40 hours: 8 am to 5pm M-Thr + 8am to 12pm Friday @ Lusk Location (traveling to Lusk 8am to 9pm and back 4pm to 5pm

• There is a shuttle bus that can transport

• Rural – so all outpatient and inpatient cases, all ages, general cases
• Expected to see 10-14 Patience Per Day.
