Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 am - 5:30 pm, (lunch from 12:00pm - 1:00pm)

Additional Details about the position

• PPD 6-10
• Work in conjunction and cooperation with other members of the PRC Program; Ambulatory Nursing team; Medical Providers; Outside consultants; and suppliers.
• Provide and coordinate patient care services as part of the referral process for initiating (CSU) and sending (non-CSU) health care providers.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• PRC case management experience

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Education/Training. Completion of a course of study in Nursing accredited by state board as evidenced by a Nursing degree and unrestricted Registered Nursing License. Nurses shall have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
• Licensure/Certification. A current, valid, and unrestricted Registered Nurse issued by the State of Oklahoma (or another U.S. jurisdiction acceptable to the Government).
• BLS
