Pay Rate: $3,000.00 - $3,200.00 gross per week (paid out weekly)

Additional Details:

• EMR: Cerner
• 8-10 PPD in Hospital, outpatient, or skilled nursing setting
• Comfortable working in Skilled Nursing, Outpatient, or Hospital Setting

REQUIREMENTS

• Three (3) or more years of previous experience in physical therapy preferred 
• Current California licensure or certification as a physical therapist.
• Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, and physiology.
• Knowledge of disease processes and related causative factors.
• Knowledge of benefits/ values of rehabilitative medicine and physical therapy agents.
• Knowledge of infection control, sterile techniques, and related impact on rehabilitative medicine practice and equipment.

The facility is currently an 8-bed, critical access hospital providing emergency services, family practice medicine, retail pharmacy, and operating a 50-bed skilled nursing facility in addition to other ancillary services such as radiology, laboratory, physical therapy, and day surgery services.
