Pay Rate: 3,000-3,300/week(Paid every Friday, based on 40 hour work week)

Speciality:  Pharmacist

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Travel: Onsite lodging for travelers, a couple of options: 600/month housing, shared housing, and also have crash pads w/ daily rates; rates vary 

Assignment Length:  13 weeks to start with, with a chance of extension

Schedule: 2 options: 1) 7 on 7 off, Wednesday-Tuesday, 12 hours/day. 2) 4x10's, Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday

Additional Details about the position

•   Patient Volume:  100-120 prescriptions/day 
• Procedures: N/A, bread and butter pharmacy  
• EMR: AllScripts 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

•  1 year of IP Pharmacy experience preferred, but they are flexible 

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS 

• BLS
• ACLS

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT 

•  Any state license accepted(must be unencumbered)(Indian Health)
