Pay Rate: $2,400.00 - $2,600.00 gross per week

Schedule: Guaranteed 36 Hrs ( 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday - Friday)

Additional Details:

• PPD - 3-5 in acute swing bed, after patients all seen they float in outpatient clinic
• seeing patients from post acute care transitioning to home

Requirements:

• Experience as an OT
