Additional Details about the position

• Utilize computerized scheduling program or call to schedule patient appointments.
• Interview patients to obtain patient registration information prior to patient being seen in clinic.
• Assist in the use, maintenance, and cleaning of Physical Therapy department and equipment.
• Perform patient evaluations
• Hands on patient treatment
• Create personalized exercise plans

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 1 Year of PT experience

• PT

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT

• Any State License
