REQUIREMENTS

• RN License
• One Year Experience as a clinical nurse in a Hospital Required
• Certified Home Health Care Experience Required
• Current Driver's License
• EPIC or Netsmart Experience Required

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• ACLS

LICENSE REQUIREMENT

• New York
