Pay Rate: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 gross per week

Travel: The client covers lodging.

Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Monday-Friday

Patient Volume: 6 per day in the beginning... increasing to 8-10 with expanding client base

Additional Details:

• This wing of therapies is a startup: they want candidates to “hit the ground running: be able to help with equipment, collaborate on billing, and be willing not to see patients immediately. Once they start increasing patients, it will be busy.
• Musculoskeletal eval and treatment
• Exercise prescription
• Treatment plans
• Common procedures/ manual therapy techniques: massages, modalities, education on body mechanics, and injury prevention

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a verification card for current instruction in CPR.
• Minimum degree of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an accredited university or college.

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT

• Valid and unencumbered licensure to practice Physical Therapy in any state(Any state license accepted)(Wisconsin preferred)
