Pay Rate: $2,500.00 - $2,700.00 gross per week

Travel: The client covers lodging.

Assignment Length: 13 weeks

Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday

Additional Details:

• This wing of therapies is a startup: they want candidates to “hit the ground running: be able to help with equipment and collaboration on billing.
• Musculoskeletal eval and treatment
• Treatment plans
• Common procedures/ manual therapy techniques: massages, modalities, education on body mechanics and injury prevention
• starting 6 ppd, increase to 8-10 ppd

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in PT “competent”
• Degree in PT

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• CPR

LICENSURE REQUIREMENT

• WI License (not needed)
