• PPD - 3-5
• Demonstrates knowledge and implementation of the Nursing process through documentation of patient assessment, plan of action, implementation of nursing plan, and evaluation of patient to response to plan.
• Evaluates and documents response of patient to his/her plan of care.
• Works with the patient and/or family to identify individual informational needs, including learning readiness.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 2 years minimum

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• ACLS
• PALS
• TNCC

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• MI
