• 1 RN for 20 residents, 8-10 per LPN and 4-6 per CNA
• Direct patient care including medication administration and oversight of CNA colleagues

REQUIREMENTS

• Two (2) years Experience - Highly Preferred
• Pain Management Experience - Required
