Assignment Length: 13-weeks
Schedule: M-F, 8-5, Hour Lunch, Will cover 3 or 4 weekends over a 13-week contract.

REQUIREMENTS/ Additional Details:
- Procedures: 60% OP / 40% Acute & LTC
- CAH/IHS/AK experience preferred. Small team so experience in a similar setting helps.
- OT would also be responsible for activity assessments for swing bed/SNF patients and LTC.
- Must be comfortable covering a 16-bed swing unit (acute care) and an 18-bed LTC. The Rehab Team consists of 2 OTs, 4 PTs (director included), and one SLP. There are no PTAs and the candidate must be comfortable doing their own turnarounds, answering calls, and being an overall team player.
- The 3 or 4 weekends covered will be on the hospital/acute care side. Weekends are a few extra hours of OT.
