Pay Rate: $2,600.00- $2,800.00 gross per week (paid out weekly)

Schedule: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; Monday-Friday

Additional Details:

• PPD: 10-11
• Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments and assess effectiveness
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and reassessments across all populations, maintain accurate documentation and billing.
• Manage patient pain and coordinate interventions with physicians.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of physical therapy modalities, anatomy, physiology, & disease processes
• Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS

The facility is currently an 8-bed, critical access hospital providing emergency services, family practice medicine, retail pharmacy, and operating a 50-bed skilled nursing facility in addition to other ancillary services such as radiology, laboratory, physical therapy, and day surgery services.
