Call: 2 On Call shifts per 4-week period

Additional Details

• ED RN assesses patient need, identifies the urgent or emergent care priority, and collaboratively provides direct care, applies appropriate interventions, and evaluates patient progress.
• ED RN evidences skill in the use of various invasive and non-invasive procedures, treatments, and therapeutic interventions appropriate to manage life-threatening and routine emergency situations

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Two years acute hospital experience as an RN
• One year ED hospital experience as an RN

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• BLS
• PALS
• ACLS
• Stroke Certification (Must be AHA or RQI)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

• New York
